Fairmount Schoolis seeking an Ed Tech I–III to support elementary students with behavioral needs. The role requires understanding of behavior-management strategies and the ability to implement behavior plans and IEPs. Most duties occur in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

Typical hours are 6 hours per day from 8:45 am to 3:15 pm, with compensation ranging by certification level and experience. Willingness to assist with toileting and learn Safety Care is expected.

Qualificações

• Authorization as Educational Technician III required.
• Knowledge of behavior-management strategies necessary.
• Ability to implement behavior plans and IEPs needed.
• Experience with literacy and mathematics instructional strategies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement behavior plans and IEPs for students.
• Assist with toileting as needed.
• Work in a team-approach environment.
• Possibly support students with emotional disabilities and Autism.
• Learn and apply physical restraint and Safety Care strategies.
