Fairmount Schoolis seeking an Ed Tech I–III to support elementary students with behavioral needs. The role requires understanding of behavior-management strategies and the ability to implement behavior plans and IEPs. Most duties occur in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

Typical hours are 6 hours per day from 8:45 am to 3:15 pm, with compensation ranging by certification level and experience. Willingness to assist with toileting and learn Safety Care is expected.

Formación

• Authorization as Educational Technician III required.
• Knowledge of behavior-management strategies necessary.
• Ability to implement behavior plans and IEPs needed.
• Experience with literacy and mathematics instructional strategies preferred.

• Authorization as an Educational Technician III required
• Knowledge of behavior-management strategies necessary
• Ability to implement behavior plans and individual education plans needed
• Experience working in an elementary school setting helpful
• Experience working in a program for children with emotional disabilities and Autism preferred
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques in the area of literacy and mathematics preferred
• Desire to work in a team-approach environment
• Willingness to assist with toileting may be necessary
• Willingness to learn and use physical restraint and Safety Care strategies

$21.47 - $28.36 hourly, depending on certification level and experience.
