Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing IEP goals for students with disabilities.
• Support instruction in various subjects and adapt materials to student needs.
• Help maintain a positive, orderly classroom and promote engagement.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
• Observe and document student progress and share feedback with teachers.
• Collaborate with EC and general education staff for cohesive learning.
• Encourage social interaction and friendships among students.
• Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources.
• Communicate progress and concerns to parents/guardians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
