Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Experience supporting students with unique academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs and implementing IEPs.
• Understanding diverse educational, social, and social-emotional needs of students with disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and students.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support individual or small groups per IEPs and measure progress toward goals.
• Provide direct support for academics and social-emotional skills and daily living activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect observational data.
• Monitor progress through formal and informal assessments and student work.
• Collaborate with EC, ML, related services, and general education teammates to meet student needs.
• Ensure safe, orderly learning environments with daily routines.
