Job Purpose

To join a team committed to Student Greatness. As an Elementary Daily Substitute, you will facilitate students' education in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the principal or supervisor to review plans and schedules.
• Teach lessons prepared by the absent teacher.
• Document daily activities and provide feedback to school administration.
• Follow all school policies and procedures.
• Consult with the principal or supervisor before implementing any new procedures.

Student Management

• Maintain established routines and procedures.
• Oversee student behavior during the school day.
• Ensure appropriate student conduct at all times.

School/Community Relations

• Maintain positive relationships with staff.
• Handle student and staff information confidentially.

Qualifications and Skills
