Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Crisis prevention and intervention expertise is required.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis in educational settings.
• Familiarity with elementary self-contained special education settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time behavioral support to classroom teams, coaching and modeling during escalations.
• Support staff in de-escalation strategies and crisis protocols.
• Lead or support instruction in social skills and emotional regulation.
• Assist with crisis response and transitions to less restrictive environments.
