Job summary

iLEAD California seeks a Behavior Support Specialist to develop ABA resources and provide professional development for educators, paraeducators, and families. This role focuses on addressing learners with behavioral, social-emotional, and cognitive needs.

The candidate will conduct FBA assessments, create Behavior Intervention Plans, and work both independently and with teams. Travel between school sites weekly is required, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years working in ABA supervisory role supporting therapists/paraeducators.
• Willingness to travel weekly between school sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop ABA materials and provide resources and PD to educators, para-educators, and parents/guardians.
• Conduct FBA assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans aligned with IDEA/California Ed Code.
• Track behavior minutes and ensure adherence to learners' IEPs.
