Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal with curriculum changes, instruction, and assessment.
• Facilitate professional development for staff.
• Supervise and ensure RTI compliance and state testing.
• Assist with teacher evaluations and discipline management.
• Oversee class advisor responsibilities and school activities.
• Support opening/closing planning and school scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and community.
