Greenville ISD is seeking an Elementary Assistant Principal to serve as a student-centered instructional leader. The role supports the principal with campus operations, instructional programs, staff development, and family engagement to foster a safe, high-achieving environment.

You will work closely with teachers, families, and district leadership to advance campus goals and improve outcomes for all students, focusing on continuous improvement and a positive school culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field.
• Valid Texas Principal or Mid-Management Certification is required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate is required.
• Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System appraiser or ability to obtain certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Principal in providing instructional leadership focused on student achievement and continuous improvement.
• Support implementation of district curriculum, instructional programs, assessments, and campus improvement initiatives.
• Monitor classroom instruction and provide teachers with meaningful feedback, coaching, and support.
• Participate in classroom observations, walkthroughs, conferences, and teacher appraisal processes as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, instructional coaches, specialists, and campus leadership to strengthen instructional practices.
• Analyze student achievement, assessment, attendance, behavior, and other relevant data to identify needs and support campus improvement.
• Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring the Campus Improvement Plan.
• Support intervention, enrichment, and instructional programs designed to meet the needs of all learners.
• Promote high expectations for student learning and effective instructional practices throughout the campus.
