Job summary

Burnsville-Eagan-Savage District 191 is seeking an Elementary Administrative Assistant to partner with the building principal, school secretary, and staff. This leader helps sustain a positive climate, supports daily operations, and steps in during the principal’s absence to guide staff and students.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and community members, professional conduct, and a proactive approach to uplifting school experiences for all students.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school leadership to support daily operations and promote a positive school environment.
• Serve as a leader and resource for staff, especially in the principal's absence.
• Model positive student interactions and support school-wide expectations and procedures.
• Assist with student conduct and discipline in alignment with district policies.
