Job summary

Framingham Public Schools is seeking an Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) to provide evidence-based interventions to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delays. The role supports BCBA supervision, collects data, and tracks progress toward IEP goals within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

The position emphasizes equity, inclusion, and ongoing professional development, with a commitment to antiracism and cultural responsiveness in all district initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Two to three years of supervised ABA training and experience, preferably in a public school setting.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Intervention & Programming: implement ABA interventions under BCBA supervision and ensure fidelity across classrooms.
• Assessment, Data & IEP Support: assist with assessments, collect and analyze data, and attend TEAM meetings for IEP updates.
• Consultation, Coordination & Inclusion: collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, and staff to generalize skills in general education settings.
• Professional Responsibilities & Development: pursue ongoing professional development in ABA and anti-racist pedagogical frameworks.
