Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a dedicated professional to deliver ABA services for students aged 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will conduct FBAs, develop PBSPs, monitor progress, and train teachers to implement data-driven behavior plans.

Two years of ABA experience and a Master’s in a related field are required, with strong collaboration skills for IEP-aligned goals. Competitive benefits include PTO, insurance, and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA/related field.
• At least 2 years of ABA service delivery incl. FBAs and PBSPs.
• Experience with ASD or emotional/behavioral disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and PBSPs.
• Provide behavioral consultation and progress monitoring.
• Train staff on behavior strategies and data collection.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align with IEP goals.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions.
