Job summary

Harmony Senior Services seeks a compassionate server to assist in dining operations for residents and guests. Responsibilities include serving meals, beverage service, tray assistance, and dining room upkeep. Candidates should be able to follow simple instructions, stay organized, and work well with a team.

A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The role emphasizes resident safety, confidentiality, and courteous interaction with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to learn quickly and apply learned principles.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be organized and willing to work well with other team members.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals politely to residents and guests; assist with menu orders.
• Provide beverage service and refill condiments as needed.
• Help with tray service and dining room cleanup and reset after meals.
• Report any broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
