Remtec Norwood, MA is seeking a Plating Technician to perform electrolytic and electroless plating, provide technical support to production and process engineering, and participate in improvement projects. Responsibilities include loading/unloading racks, following instructions, and ensuring documentation and quality standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform electrolytic and electroless plating operations under supervision.
• Read and follow instructions, complete process documentation.
• Inspect work to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot production problems related to equipment, processes, and products.
• Support continuous improvement activities (cost reduction, 5S, Kaizen).
• Comply with safety, environmental, ISO, EEO and OSHA policies.
