An intermediate Cardiovascular Technologist will provide excellent service to patients in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Cath lab, working with physicians, fellow employees, and hospital staff. Functions include acting as the scrub and/or radiologic technologist for procedures, pulling supplies, following radiation safety practices, and ensuring patient safety. The role requires knowledge and competencies of a Radiologic Technologist, acting as a preceptor, maintaining proficiency in life-saving equipment, and collaborating with providers on equipment and product changes.
