Electrophysiology Radiologic Technologist

Job Overview

This position involves providing excellent service to patients in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Cath lab, collaborating with physicians, staff, and other hospital personnel. Responsibilities include acting as the scrub and/or radiologic technologist for procedures, managing supplies, adhering to radiation safety practices, and ensuring patient safety. The technologist should possess competencies in radiologic technology, serve as a preceptor, maintain proficiency with life-saving equipment, and collaborate with providers on equipment and product updates.

Qualifications

Required

• Completion of an approved JCERT Radiologic Technologist program
• Two years of current radiology technologist experience, including interventional procedures
• Medical Radiographer license: AZ (MRAD:AZ)
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR)
• Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office or Google Workspace
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
• Experience in a specialized or high-acuity setting
• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
