Qualifications

• IL Advanced Practice Licensure (APN/PA) required
• Master’s level program in specialty area
• BLS/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients under physician supervision, obtaining detailed history and performing physical examinations.
• Orders imaging, labs, and diagnostic procedures and interprets results.
• Instructs patients on prescribed therapies and pre/post operative instructions.
• Maintains records and writes progress notes; follows patients through clinic and hospital care.
• Collaborates with physicians and the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
