Job summary

Endeavor Health Cardiovascular Institute is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) in Electrophysiology at Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview, IL. The role is full-time with an average of 40 hours/week and weekday hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM; no weekends or on-call duties. Inpatient EP specialty with independent patient care under physicians.

Requires IL APN/PA licensure, DEA license, Master’s in PA/NP, and ACLS/BLS/CPR certification; prior EP or cardiovascular experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Essentials: APN/PA licensure and board certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to educate patients and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care under physician supervision.
• Order and interpret tests, document progress notes.
• Coordinate care across clinic and hospital settings to ensure continuity.
