Endeavor Health’s Cardiovascular Institute - Medical Group Clinical Cardiology Team seeks an Advanced Practice Provider. The APN/PA collaborates with physicians to assess, diagnose, and manage cardiology patients in both clinic and hospital settings.

Qualifications

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Prior experience in cardiology preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients under the direction of collaborating physicians.
• Performs history taking, physical exams, orders imaging and labs, and interprets results.
• Prescribes therapies and educates patients; maintains records and progress notes; participates in care coordination across clinic and hospital settings
