Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System seeks an Electrophysiology Supervisor to oversee the Invasive Procedures department, coordinating patient care and unit operations, supervising staff, and ensuring safe, efficient procedures for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Licensure or other certifications: Current Ga RN, RTR, Paramedic, RCIS, RCES, RRT, or ARRT; current BLS and ACLS.
• Educational Requirements: Associates Degree.
• Minimum Experience: Associates Degree in Science with Certification/Registry and three (3) years of experience; or a Certificate/Registry/License in Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Paramedic, or other Diagnostic Program with four (4) years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Invasive Lab personnel and oversee patient care flow to ensure safe, efficient procedures.
• Develop staff through orientation, training, evaluations, and discipline as needed.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to implement protocols and track patient follow-up.
• Monitor staff training, safety, and adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate scheduling and program quality initiatives within the unit.
• Maintain adherence to Lean principles and regulatory requirements.
