Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Manager to oversee technical operations across multiple EP procedure rooms in a high-acuity program.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage equipment and budget, mentor staff, and coordinate with Clinical Engineering and Risk Management to maintain patient safety and care quality.

Qualifications

• Two years of high-acuity EP lab experience and leadership experience.
• Ability to promote an atmosphere conducive to learning and teamwork.
• Strong communication and professional image; regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and coordinates all assigned functions to provide a smooth operation.
• Develops systems to monitor quality, safety and outcomes.
• Leads recruitment, training, and performance in the EP lab.
• Oversees budgeting, capital equipment needs and justifications.
• Ensures regulatory and Nursing Practice Act compliance where applicable.
• Mentors staff and collaborates with Clinical Engineering and Risk Management.
