Job summary

UF Health Leesburg Hospital is seeking an EP Lab CVT for a PRN day shift to support the cardiology team. The role includes monitoring procedures, assisting the physician in scrub and circulator roles, and supporting diagnostic EP and cardiac ablation, device implants and explants, and cardiac cath procedures to ensure safe patient care.

Required education includes an Associate's Degree in CVT or related fields, and RCIS or RCES certification within 12 months; ARRT licensure or equivalent is

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in CVT, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, LPN or Paramedic license.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with RCIS or RCES certification within 12 months of hire.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• ARRT Certification preferred or equivalent licensure within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor procedures in EP Lab and assist physician in scrub and circulator roles.
• Support diagnostic EP and cardiac ablation procedures, device implants and explants, and cardiac cath procedures to ensure safe patient care.
