Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Ability to become certified on EP products.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (internal or external with industry competitor).
- Minimum 6 months in Clinical Specialist position.
- Experience as primary mapper on complex cases; 15+ cases/month average for 6–12 months.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
- Provides engineering, sales, education and clinical support for EP products.
- Develops, leads and delivers trainings and programs on EP products to healthcare professionals.
- Provides regional EP procedural case coverage and back-up support to EP Sales Representatives.
- Keeps management informed on market feedback and product directions.
