Responsibilities

• Obtains histories, performs exams, prescribes therapies and medications.
• Interprets data and orders diagnostic studies; adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Provides care coordination and education to patients and families.
• Prescribes and coordinates pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies across care settings.
