Qualifications

• Administrative, operational, and business support to electrophysiology faculty.
• Experience coordinating clinical scheduling, HR processes, and travel.
• Onboarding and transitions to ensure continuity of operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate clinical assignments in QGenda, IHIS, and Outlook.
• Coordinate leave and ensure clinic openings/closures are timely.
• Prepare and submit expense reports within sixty days.
• Coordinate business travel and related documentation.
• Support onboarding and HR processes for staff.
• Coordinate calendars and organize meetings and events.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and follow-up materials.
• Support facilities and space needs for heart failure faculty.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
