McCollister’s is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor for Glenville, NY. The role reports to the Warehouse Assistant Manager and runs 7 AM to 7:30 PM with a salary range of $68,000 to $72,000 per year.

Qualifications

3 years minimum in warehouse supervision and paperwork management.
3+ years with automated WMS systems.
Forklift and barcode experience required.

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehousing activities including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff.
Operate warehouse equipment including forklift.
Maintain forklift certification files per OSHA standards.
Ensure compliance with Military Standards and customer requirements.
Prepare freight paperwork and documentation.
Identify problems and communicate to management.
Improve space utilization and efficiency.
