Job summary

McCollister’s Transportation is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate for our Glenville, NY facility. You will support loading, unloading, and distributing freight to meet customer and warehouse requirements, with shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM.

This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and requires at least 2 years of warehouse experience, forklift proficiency, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and contribute to accuracy in paperwork and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Proficient with basic computer and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle freight properly to maximize efficiency and exceed customer expectations.
• Protect customer products, equipment, and facilities.
• Identify problems to the crew leader and supervisor.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift.
• Ship and receive customer products- ensure all products are received by customers in good condition.
• Asset scanning system.
• Paperwork, load/unload documents.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
