Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with proficiency in loading, unloading, receiving, and paperwork management.
• 3+ years’ experience with automated WMS systems
• Forklift and bar coding experience required
• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with ability to work autonomously
• Experience interfacing with multiple levels of an organization
• Basic computer skills for Microsoft Office and Google G Suite

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise warehouse operations to meet customer and company requirements.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and storage of freight.
• Manage warehouse space, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain forklift certification records and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure accurate freight handling paperwork and data entry.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities and staff performance.
• Identify and raise issues to management for resolution.
