Job summary

Inova Staffing Services is seeking a Laborer to support production by sorting and disassembling electronics, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling of products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires HS diploma preferred, with prior warehouse or general labor experience helpful but not required. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and handle a fast-paced setting. Reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred. Not required.
• Experience: Warehouse or general labor experience helpful, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach and routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move boxes to and from scan lines, sorting all products to assist scanners in meeting production goals.
• Sort labeled boxes to corresponding pallets and label all completed pallets accurately and legibly.
• Supply stations with assembled boxes and transport trash to compacters for disposal as required.
• Assist team members in other areas as needed.
• Follow all safety and procedural guidelines.
• Break down consumer electronic devices (TVs, Computers, Phones, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.
