Job summary

Repowered is seeking a hands-on team member to support electronics sorting and warehouse operations. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for skills-based pay increases as training progresses.

The position offers full benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and a 40-hour work week with occasional evenings or weekends. Core hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification training (if available)
• Sound safety practices and compliance with R2 standards
• Ability to operate basic computer systems and data entry

Responsibilities

• Learn quickly to sort components into correct categories.
• Identify primary material sorter online to ensure correct destination.
• Track weights and other operational metrics.
• Follow and enforce safety policies and R2 regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Stand for extended periods during shifts.
