Job summary

Green Electronic Solutions in Plainfield, IL is seeking a Sort Team Associate to help move and organize electronic materials in our warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, production, recycling, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Strong attendance and reliability are essential.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the day.
• Commitment to workplace safety directives and PPE requirements.
• Spanish- or Chinese/Mandarin-language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize incoming electronic materials according to procedures.
• Inspect materials to identify types of electronics and equipment.
• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Safely use basic hand tools and warehouse equipment when trained.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Take on additional general warehouse duties as assigned.
