Job summary

Silvus Technologies in West Los Angeles seeks a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, verify packing slips against POs, and ensure accurate inventory records.

This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Candidates should have at least 2 years of warehouse experience, be proficient with Google Suite and MS Office, and be prepared for a background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling electronic components.
• Must be proficient in Google Suite and MS Office applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• All employment is contingent upon a background check and U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Verify packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
• Collaborate with buyers to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Update inspection logs and manage inventory in the inspection area.
• Issue materials and kits for production build requirements with production supervisor.
• Retrieve accessories for sales orders and manage returns to suppliers.
• Record all inventory transactions promptly in the system.
• Maintain FIFO and organize warehouse with clear bin labeling and date codes.
