Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to manage day-to-day warehouse operations at the West Los Angeles HQ. You will control material flow, maintain accurate records, and support production with timely kit issuance. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Candidates must be a U.S. Person due to federal contracts; background check is required; CA pay range is $20–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling electronic components (PCBs, accessories).
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• U.S. Person required due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
• Background check clearance is required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Verify packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
• Collaborate with buyers to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Manage inspection logs and inventory in the inspection area.
• Coordinate with buyers and production to issue materials for builds.
• Retrieve accessories for sales orders and manage returns to suppliers.
• Record all inventory transactions in the system.
• Maintain warehouse organization with clear labeling and FIFO practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
