Job Description
Silvus is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk‑I who will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse. This full‑time role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and controls the flow of materials while maintaining housekeeping practices. It requires on‑site work, Monday through Friday, from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm at Silvus Technologies’ warehouse in Culver City.
Role And Responsibilities
- Verify information on packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
- Collaborate with buyers to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Update and manage incoming and outgoing inspection logs, overseeing inventory in the inspection area.
- Coordinate with buyers and production supervisors to issue materials and kits for production build requirements.
- Retrieve accessories for sales orders, facilitate returns to suppliers, and manage outside processes.
- Record all inventory transactions promptly and accurately in the system.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year‑end physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a well‑organized warehouse environment, including bin labeling, date‑code tracking, and first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) practices.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling electronic components.
- Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a fast‑paced office environment with multiple deadlines.
- Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to federal contract requirements.
- All employment is contingent upon a successful background check and drug test.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of and commitment to safety protocols within a warehouse environment.
Working Conditions And Physical Requirements
- Office environment.
- Tasks include bending, reaching, kneeling or squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Compensation
Hourly: $23 – $25. Pay range is based on market research and may vary with experience and qualifications.
