Job summary

Silvus Technologies in Salt Lake City is seeking a full-time Technical Trainer reporting to the Quality Manager. You will deliver and develop hands-on training for assembly, inspection, soldering, and equipment use, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance for training records.

You will maintain curricula, proctor IPC certifications, collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality teams, and support audits while keeping training materials current and accurate for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training delivery experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read schematics and work instructions; maintain training records.
• Experience proctoring IPC certifications and maintaining ISO 9001 documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training for assembly, inspection, soldering and equipment use.
• Maintain and update training curricula, materials, assessments and qualification logs.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance for training records and audit readiness.
• Proctor IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 training and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to align training with Silvus standards.
