Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking a full-time Electronics Test Technician on first shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) in Syracuse, NY to test, troubleshoot and rework production electronic warfare and radar systems, sub-assemblies and components.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or equivalent experience, hands-on experience with DMMs, spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, RF power meters, oscilloscopes, and the ability to lift 40 pounds; IPC J-STD-001 certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field or high school diploma with related experience.
• Experience with electronics testing and RF fundamentals.
• Proficiency in using commercial test equipment (DMMs, spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, RF meters, oscilloscopes).
• Able to use MS Office; Linux CLI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to test procedures and production processes for daily manufacturing.
• Set up and use electronic test equipment (DMMs, spectrum and network analyzers, signal generators, RF meters, oscilloscopes).
• Run comprehensive validation tests on radar and EW systems; test cards and sub-assemblies.
• Document discrepancies and log troubleshoot/rework actions.
• Participate in inventory and pack-out operations for shipments.
• Contribute as a key member of the production team.
