Job summary

Crossroads Staffing is seeking a Test Technician I for our client in Camarillo, CA. You will perform production testing, calibration, and functional verification of electronic and fiber optic products following established procedures.

You will inspect boards, load firmware, use DMMs and scopes, and report results to Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality. Training from senior staff will build troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in electronic assembly, testing or manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of electronic measurement and troubleshooting.
• Able to read BOMs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform production testing, calibration and functional verification of electronic/fiber optic products.
• Conduct visual inspections of PCBs prior to testing and document results.
• Troubleshoot, repair and calibrate production units under guidance.
• Update ERP with test results and routing information.
• Maintain organized test area and support cross-functional teams.
