Job description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Test Technician with a strong background in electronics manufacturing, production testing, and electrical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience identifying production issues, diagnosing test failures, and resolving electrical or test-related problems in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate must have a solid understanding of electrical fundamentals, the ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical procedures, and electrical documentation, and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation.
• Perform production testing and troubleshoot electrical and electronic test-related issues.
• Identify production defects, test failures, and equipment-related problems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using appropriate troubleshooting techniques and test equipment.
• Support production and test engineering teams in resolving manufacturing and testing challenges.
• Analyze test results, identify failure patterns, and assist with root cause investigation.
• Ensure testing activities are performed accurately and according to established procedures.
• Apply strong electrical fundamentals to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in electrical testing, electronics manufacturing, production testing, or test engineering support.
• Strong knowledge of electrical fundamentals and electrical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience identifying and resolving production and test-related issues.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and electrical documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Look for candidates with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Test Technician, Electronics Technician, Production Test Technician, or Test Engineering Technician. Candidates should have practical experience in electronics manufacturing, electrical troubleshooting, production testing, and resolving test failures.
