Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Manufacturing Electronics Test Technician to keep test equipment running safely and efficiently, performing preventive maintenance and supporting production with quick issue resolution.

You will install and validate new test systems, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and computer-based systems, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in electronics or related field.
• 3+ years supporting manufacturing test equipment or automated systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical docs.
• Experience with multimeters and oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing test equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and computer-based systems.
• Support production by quickly resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Help build, install, and validate new test systems.
• Assist calibrations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
