Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Batesville, IN is seeking an Electrical Testing Technician to keep manufacturing test equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and support production needs.

Working closely with Manufacturing Test Engineers, you will help improve reliability, reduce downtime, and ensure test systems meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Computer Systems Technology, Industrial Technology, or related technical field.
• 3+ years supporting manufacturing test equipment, automated systems, or similar equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing test equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and computer-based systems.
• Support production by quickly resolving equipment issues and minimizing downtime.
• Help build, install, and validate new test systems.
• Assist with calibrations, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records.
