Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler in Erie, PA to prepare, assemble, and inspect electronic components and products that support customers across the military, aerospace, communications, and medical industries.

In a collaborative production environment, you will work alongside assemblers, technicians, and engineers to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards while following detailed instructions and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings and procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products and components using instructions, parts lists, drawings, and verbal guidance.
• Position and install components using hand tools to complete assembly operations.
• Perform soldering and de-soldering to support final assembly and rework.
• Operate production and assembly equipment as required.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and conformity to specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Follow safety policies and manufacturing guidelines.
