Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Test Operator in Erie, PA to support assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electronic products from NPI to EOL. You will execute test procedures, document results, and assist RCCA activities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities include setting up test equipment, validating procedures, and coordinating with a small team to meet production schedules while maintaining quality and compliance with ITAR requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong math, analytical, and computer skills.
• Ability to read routers, schematics, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with a small production team to support manufacturing priorities and schedules.
• Identify, communicate, and elevate risks, issues, and production obstacles that may impact delivery commitments.
• Set up, maintain, and validate test equipment and test environments throughout the product lifecycle.
• Execute Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and other production testing activities in accordance with work instructions and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot product failures and test anomalies to determine root causes related to manufacturing, testing, or product design.
• Participate in RCCA investigations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
