In this role, you'll inspect boards and panels under a microscope to verify coating coverage and perform coating touch-ups, using hand tools and basic data entry to maintain quality standards.

This temp, first-shift position offers weekly pay and reliable hours, with potential for cross-training in a clean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with small components.
• Good vision and finger dexterity.
• Ability to work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to remain seated for up to 8 hours per day.
• General computer skills and ability to perform basic data entry.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English.
• General knowledge of electronic components preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• IPC-A-610 training preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to cross-train in other positions as needed.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect boards and panels under a microscope to verify proper coating coverage.
• Perform coating touch-ups under a microscope using various hand tools.
• Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools during board assembly processes.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Enter basic production data into computer systems.
• Follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions to maintain quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
