Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for a Bloomington, MN location. You will support a global manufacturer of technology solutions with development and production tasks, delivering quality parts in a fast-paced environment.

Expect electronic/electro-mechanical assembly from rough schematics, blueprint interpretation, and collaboration with engineering to meet production goals. Weekly pay and benefits through Benefits in a Card are provided, with temp-to-hire

Qualifications

Experience with electronic or electro-mechanical assembly.
Ability to read prints and schematics.
Willingness to work as part of a larger team.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks in pre-production projects.
Work from rough schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components.
Interact with development and/or manufacturing engineering personnel.
Perform inspection of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process.
Conduct dimensional and electrical inspection of sub-assemblies or final systems assemblies.
Direct the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
