Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Light Assembly Worker in Eagleville, PA to join a fast-paced manufacturing team on the 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am). The role involves cellular assembly, wiring, and basic soldering, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will read instructions, use hand tools and power tools, and help maintain accurate production records while rotating through cells under a Cell Leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to read safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
• Able to use hand tools, soldering irons, and simple power tools with a basic understanding of mechanics and assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform cellular assembly operations by following written/verbal instructions and visual guides.
• Align and assemble parts into housings or PC boards, install components and route wires.
• Conduct basic hand soldering operations and use hand/power tools.
• Complete production records, logs, and report forms accurately.
• Rotate through work cells under Cell Leader and perform self-inspection of completed work.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and compliant work area.
