Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Light Assembly Worker in Eagleville, PA to perform cellular assembly operations following written instructions and pictures. You will align and assemble parts into housings or PC boards, install components, route wires, and hand-solder as needed.

Work is on the 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, with a pay rate of $17.85 per hour in a safety-focused, team-driven environment that emphasizes quality and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow multiple-step instructions.
• Ability to use hand tools and soldering irons; basic mechanical assembly required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Perform cellular assembly operations by following written/verbal instructions and visuals.
• Align and mechanically assemble parts into housings or PC boards; install components and route wires.
• Conduct basic hand soldering and use hand/power tools.
• Complete production records, logs, and forms accurately.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and follow safety and quality practices.
