Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to support the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electronic security systems across federal, local, and commercial customers.

Responsibilities include site surveys, hardware/software configuration, testing, and providing technical customer support. Strong communication, safety, and teamwork are essential, along with a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from electronics technician program or electrical apprenticeship.
• 3 extra years electronics installation/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Conduct site surveys, configure hardware and software, test systems for proper operation.
• Provide technical support to customers and communicate with project teams.
• Lead safety and quality reviews and ensure adherence to plans and checklists.
• Assist in commissioning, documentation, and liaison with owners and design teams.
• Mentor crew members and participate in resource planning.
