Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. You will perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of security-related equipment across federal, local, and commercial clients.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills and a focus on safety and quality. The position offers opportunities to lead commissioning efforts, collaborate with project teams, and grow technical leadership

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Military Electronics Training (720 classroom hours) or Electronics Technician program.
• Electrical Apprenticeship program or equivalent.
• Additional 3 years of electronics installation/maintenance experience.
• 6+ years of electronics installation/maintenance on multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configure hardware and software, run site surveys, test systems for proper operation, and provide technical support.
• Lead commissioning efforts, coordinate with owners and design teams, and ensure safety and quality.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members and maintain documentation.
