Job summary

You will collaborate with Product Development, Quality, and Production teams while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years repair of printed circuit boards.
• 3+ years automotive electronics installation experience.
• MECP/EVT or related certifications are a plus.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking with accuracy and clarity.
• Ability to read and understand electronic schematics.
• Excellent soldering skills and troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates SoundOff Signal core values in daily interactions with customers.
• Test and repair warranty returns and identify root causes.
• Schedule daily work and projects via Technical Support Manager; independent scheduling with guidance.
• Maintain productivity and accurate recordkeeping.
• Read and follow Work Instructions; assist Product Development, Quality, and Production teams.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and systems remotely or on the bench.
• Resolve customer issues successfully and maintain professional communication.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and work in a fast-paced, low-noise environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned; train others when needed.
