Job summary

Air Lift Performance is seeking an Electronics Technician in Lansing, MI to support product development and production through the design, development, and maintenance of electro-mechanical devices and test systems. You will work hands-on assembling, installing, and testing electronic systems, including on test vehicles.

The role involves designing and maintaining production testing equipment, writing software for test stations, and creating documentation for calibration and repair.

Qualifications

• Experience soldering and desoldering surface mount components.
• Ability to assemble and troubleshoot PCBAs.
• Embedded software knowledge and experience with testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design, Build, Train and Maintain Production Testing Equipment.
• Design electrical and mechanical hardware for testing and validation of internal production products.
• Develop embedded software for test stations and other projects.
• Create work instructions and train production staff on testing equipment.
• Maintain testing equipment over the product lifetime.
• Develop documentation for calibration, troubleshooting and repair.
